For parents and babies aged 4–8 months. SwimNest is the only Northern Beaches swim school offering this free program.
Not your standard baby classes. The Free Parent & Bub Program is built around educating parents — practical skills, expert guidance and confidence-building strategies you can use in the water every day, not just in class.
Small group sizes, warm water and a calm environment give you and your baby everything you need to feel safe and supported. Classes run Sundays at 8:00am at Brookvale Indoor Heated Pool. Spots are limited each term — get in touch to reserve yours.
